May I clarify my position, I don't want to sound too harsh? I remember reading an aritcle stating that the s*erm passes too quickly through the *area* for these type of things to work properly. I mean, things like a few drops of lemon, that change ph levels.

I'm no expert, and always feel like an intruder in these type of posts. I'm not even sure if this is a serious post, or not. I don't consider Birth control, a racy issue, just a biological one.

Okay that one I didn't need to know but the lemon juice is really interesting......anything to help with the fight on AIDS. If someone is going to be sexually active anyway what would it hurt to join this with the old condem??

I know women who do actually use lemon juice with their diaphram because so many people are sensitive to nonoxidil (sp?) 9, which is the only thing they sell to use with barrier methods in this country. I've always wondered why it wouldn't just eat away at the rubber though...
