Lemon chicken

I can't seem to find the recipe thread. How do you make Lemon chicken and what sides do you serve? I am thinking of making this for dinner and have never made it before-lol

But I look recipes up all the time at www.allrecipes.com they have a great search system and people rate and review the dishes so it's trustworthy.

I go to a Greek restaurant that serves the best Lemon Chicken (Kotopoulo Lemonato) and they serve with Rice AND potatoes and Spinach and other fresh veggies of the season.
