could anybody please help with these questions.
1. are there any nature type walks around disney property's

2. anybody done any fishing on disney or elsewere in the surrounding areas
(we will have a car)

I found this link on Fishing at WDW I don't know if you have seen it.

I think there is a nature walk around the Fort Wilderness Campground although I can't find anything on that for you.

If you want to get out into the wilderness, you're probably better off driving a short distance off of WDW itself. There are paths going through Fort Wilderness camp grounds, but most of these run through or to the campsites or cabins that are housed there.

I recently visited the Disney Wilderness Preserve some 20 miles south of Disney in Poinciana here's a link to their information. http://nature.org/wherewework/northamerica/states/florida/preserves/art5523.html. You would need to book the swamp buggy tour if you wanted to go on that, that was just under a couple of hours. There is also a couple of walking trails, one is about a 1.5 mile loop, the other about 3.5 miles.

I haven't been to this one, but drove past it a couple of days ago. If you were staying north of WDW it is probably a lot easier to get to than the one at Poinciana. http://www.floridaconservation.org/viewing/sites/site-c7.html
