Guess I should start a PJ since I'm only 5 months out. I'm so lost sometimes since I've never been to a wedding; this is all new to me.
Chris and I met through mutual friends in 2009. The Orlando Magic was in the basketball finals. We were the only single people in a large group of mutual friends that all had been meeting up to watch the games. We got to talking which led to going on a date. We had a very rocky first 5 months but it all turned out fantastic. We got engaged July 21st 2010 just 10 days before he left for ARMY bootcamp.
We both love and grew up on Disney so there wasn't even a second thought as to where we wanted to get married. Originally our wedding date was set for November 6, 2011 but in December 2010 we found out Christopher would be deployed to Afghanistan from Feb 2011 to Dec 2011.
As a split second thought we tracked down a magistrate on January 3,2011 and got married in a fitness center (yes you read that right, a fitness center). For the full story you can go here:

Christopher's father is middle eastern and so his father's side of the family does not know we are already married. My side does, but on his side only his mother, father, sister, and brother know.
We will be having our ceremony on our 1 yr wedding anniversary. Some reasons we chose to do so is because Chris will have been gone for the first year of our marriage. Doing a ceremony on the date is like a "yay we concured our first deployment" and to give us a fresh start as a married couple.
The ceremony is @ 10am at the WP with the reception to follow at the GF.
Right now our estimated budget is still coming in a bit over what we want, but we're hoping when RSVPs come in we'll have a little bit better of an idea how to cut cost (if still needed).
My dress is the Belle inspired Disney dress from Alfred Angelo.
My bridesmaid dresses will be chocolate: http://www.morilee.com/bridesmaids/bridesmaids/229
My flowers are burnt orange cala lillies.
My bridesmaid flowers are dark orange lillies
my Jr bridesmaid flowers are red carnations
For food we picked the Tinkerbell brunch. There will not be alcohol served at all except 1 mimosa for the toast.
There are my invitations: http://www.etsy.com/listing/5693096...ons&ga_search_type=handmade&ga_facet=handmade
That's about all we have figured out. I'm kinda on my own :/
