Legoland Waterpark anyone?

Several websites have pictures and videos up,it's not a very big waterpark but Legoland looks like they did a good job with it.Also it's a $12 upcharge on your Legoland ticket so it appears they understand it's not a full day experience. It has a tower with an enclosed and an open tube slides.A tower with like three body slides that are pretty thrilling. They have one of those play structures for kids,a wave pool and lazy river. It's a good addition but not an Aquatica or Typhoon Lagoon.

Yes, the pictures remind me of the Boardwalk at Hershey Park, which is a similar set up and seems to be comparable in size, from what I can tell. When at Hershey, the Boardwalk is a fun place to spend a couple hours and break up the day.

I am looking forward to hearing what people thought - we will probably make the decision to upgrade our tickets or not when we get there. Since we are renting a car, I will just bring all "swimstuff" just in case!

I have been to the one in san diego in california and if the one in florida is the same, its nothing like the boardwalk in hershey park. It would be much, much smaller. My kids were 5 and 8 and they were bored in an hour. Again, i've only been to the cali one but it seems much alike.

Ahhh, well - our trip to LegoLand was interrupted by storms anyway, lol. There is always next year! But thank you for the input - if it is smaller than the Boardwalk at HP, my kids would definitely get bored too!
