Legoland Important Info

I ran across a tourist several weeks ago who mentioned that they were really interested in seeing Legoland, but it was closed on they day they wanted to go. It's true; Legoland is not open 365 days a year.
During the summer (June-August) the park is open as well as the water park and the aquirium. BUT starting in September, Legoland is closed on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. The water park is also closed Monday-Thursday. The hours are also shorter. Everything closes at 5pm, unless you are there on a weekend for Holloween or Christmas.

A friend of mine made that exact mistake. She expected Legoland to be opened all your round like DL. So they were there in the off season to discover it was CLOSED!

Yes, they are usually closed on tues - wed during the off season. I would make sure to check the calendar for anyone planning - Also, if it is raining they close more rides. - This can be very frustrating and there is not a lot of cover!
