Legoland Florida Hotel Questions

I've seen layouts for other Legoland hotels that each floor has it's own theme rooms (example - all the pirate rooms are on one floor, adventure rooms on another floor, etc). I was wondering for the which floors have which themed rooms? If wanted to stay on top floor, which theme do I pick?

The master builder sessions, how fast to they fill up? Do you need to book ahead or just show up? How often are they held? I read they are for kids only - how long are the sessions?
