We'll be headed to LEGOland for the first time this fall and will be there for the Brick or Treat thing. My question is do adults dress up for the Brick or Treat thing or not? My DD14 will be with us too and I don't know if she could/should dress up. We will be going to Mickey's Halloween Party too so we will have the costumes with us anyway. I just need to know if my two youngest have to have costumes that make sense by themselves.

Any information or tips about the Brick or Treat trail would be appreciated.

Now that Brick or Treat has started does anyone have any information on it?

Specifically I'm a little confused about the Brick or Treat trail in the day and the Brick or Treat party nights but any information would be helpful. Adults in costumes or not? What to hit first (because big crowds are predicted)? Where to watch the fireworks? Anything?

I can hopefully help with a few things based on last year. One thing to note is that the west portion of the park will close at 5, so if there are things you want to do there you might want to get them done before the party. The Ghost Cruise has really long waits during the party so you might want to try to hit that one early.

There are couple of trails open during the day. Keep in mind that the trails at LL are more likely to hand out a magazine or an apple or a juice than they are candy.

I can't recall whether adults dressed up last year. That doesn't mean there weren't any but it wasn't a "thing" like it is for MHP at Disney. The party is very kid-oriented (which makes sense given that LL is more kid-focused than DL).

We watched the fireworks from the Miniland stage and had a great view. There is a show there right before the fireworks so you can catch the show and then stay there to watch the fireworks.

Hope you have fun!

Thank you!

We'll probably just have the kids dress up then. The show sounds fun and if that's a good place to watch the fireworks we'll just plan on that. If Ghost Cruise is open during the day we'll ride it then to avoid the lines. Good to know about the 'candy' that way I can prepare my two younger kids. They would be a little disappointed getting an apple instead of candy but if I talk to them first it should be fine.
