Legoland 2014 hours?

Anybody have a guess as to when Legoland will post their 2014 hours? Do you think it's a safe bet to look at last years?

I'm hesitant to book my California vacation until I know when to do Legoland and my 5 year old would never forgive me if we ended up missing out!

(Also, I noticed that the Legoland water park opens in March. Is it warm enough to enjoy it then? I've seen temp calendars but looking for experiences. Also, is it worth it?)

Don't know about California but Legoland Florida has their 2014 hours in the PDF (the website doesn't have 2014 hours but the PDF does).
