Lego Rockband at old navy

I know that this has been asked in the past...but does anyone know for sure if this is a real game or a demo??? Thanks

it is for the Wii, PS3, or X-Box 360. They will give out bands while you are in line and you have to tell them then what system you want it for. One per household , so say you don't know your DH behind you if you need more than one, as long as you buy two seperate $20 items.

I've asked in the past and the majority say it's the real game, but I'm wondering why so many still say it's the demo? My sister said she's read it's the demo but even the commercial APPEARS to be the real game. This also has me worried as I won't go to Old Navy but I would CONSIDER it if it's the real deal.

Seriously - what time do you guys think we'd need to be in line for this if the store opens at 3am?

What a good deal, but I envision myself coming up empty handed and just being mad about the whole thing at 3:00 a.m on Friday morning. I did a Google search on "black Friday Old Navy" and it is all over the place on gaming blogs and sites...not that this game is a true "gamer's" sort of game, but still, I feel like I'd be competing with a heck of a lot of people...and at what time would I need to get out there?

I wonder if anyone has any idea of how many are allotted per store per platform.

Called my local store. They have 25 copies of the game. Not 25 of each platform, but 25 games total. I envision this being a TOTAL nightmare for ON. I'd guess you'd have to be in line reaaaaalllly early to get one of those arm bands.

I called both ON's in the town I'll be in Friday. One said they *think* they have 35 total, the other said they don't come in til tomorrow. So I'll check back. Also, 1 opens at 3am and the other opens at 5am...I suppose if I decide to venture out and all the bands are gone at the earlier opening store I could mosey to the other. But I'm sure everyone else will have that same idea. LOL

So, which platform is everyone wanting? Maybe everyone will want it for wii when I just want xbox??

I was told that most Old Navy's that are in malls (in door) will open when the mall opens (ours is 5:00am) and that the strip mall (out door) will open at 3:00am. So maybe before you go you should call your store to see when they open.

I do't get this years TRU sale. I saw the commercial last night and it said doors open at midnight but then it showed the earlybird doorbuster sales from 5 am to11 am ??

Yep, forget about it. I was going to go to get the $10 jeans for oldest DS as he has put holes in 3 pairs in the last week, but totally not worth staying up all night for a game I might potentionally get.

Kind of changing the subject, but I did see that Sears is having their jeans for $9.99 on Friday...love their wear out guarantee--just swapped 2 pairs of DS8's jeans last week and I see a hole starting in another that I will have to exchange.

But yeah, I was thinking of getting DD a couple pairs of jeans and trying for the game...now I'm not so sure. Especially since I'm visiting relatives in a tiny town and I'd have to drive an hour to Old Navy. LOL

Thanks for the tip. Unfortunately as a teen oldest is in very fussy about brands. While ON is okay and will be worn if he has to sears is definitely out. The only good news is his favorite brands (abercrombie, etc.) don't sell husky sizes
