Okay guys I got my renewed Brickmaster magazine and ticket today. I had assumed that the Brickmaster magazine was the same as the free Lego magazine, but I guess they are different.

There is a B1 adult get a free child coupon inside the March/April issue

Brickmaster free admission ticket -
Free admission with paid admission to Legoland Ca or Legoland Discovery Center Chicago
one free one-day general admission ticket with purchase of a full-price one-day general admission ticket of equal or greater value.

I am reading that as meaning you can use it as an adult ticket if you have another adult going with a paid admission. You can also use it as a child ticket with a paid adult.

Also interesting on the B1G1 kid coupon it stated that you must buy an adult ticket that would also get you into the aquarium OR the new water park. So it looks like the water park is going to be a separate/add on admission.

HTH with planning.:thumbsup2

Okay, so if I do order Brickmaster, I'll get two free tickets (we'll have 2 adults and 2 kids)? For one ticket it doesn't seem worth it (the subscription is $50, right?). I'm still hoping some kind person who knows they won't use their B1G1 will pass it along to me... or maybe two kind people, even! :worship:

I had heard that the water park will be $10 additional. Not sure we'll be able to do that since we only have 1 day at LL.

Okay so here is the math breakdown-

Rack rate gate price to legoland only not waterpark/aquarium
2 adults and 2 kids- 248$

Using two B1G1 kid coupons- coupon states that you must buy an adult parkhopper at the gate to use the coupon.
2 adult one day hoppers (two free non-hopping kids)- 154$

Brickmaster-using one B1G1 kid coupon also.
tickets plus cost of Brickmaster membership- 184$

So you are paying 30$ extra and get 6 sets of lego with the Brickmaster if you can't find two B1G1 tickets or better deals on costco or other promotions.

amy I sent you a PM
