I want to design some shirts for my team to wear next month at Reunion, we are going to Disneyland. I just don't want to get in legal trouble with Disney. Someone else on my team had a shirt professionally designed and the guy said he wouldn't even make a close replica of the mouse ears because of some lawsuits that have been filed lately.

Any thoughts?

As long as you are making them yourself you will be fine. Profesional places won't print Disney themed items because of copywright laws, but as long as you arn't making a profit Disney can't do anything about it. They just won't let anyone make money off of their artwork.
