Has anyone every tried a Left over swap before? I belong to some swapping groups and they do it all the time..

you send all your better type of scraps or items you have too many of and the hostess makes up baggies and sends them back... but you won't get any of your stuff back, just others scrap stuff..

we did a similar swap, it was a 37 cent swap. The hostess matched people's names up who had simalar needs. Then sent the names out and we swap. It was a lot of fun. But right now I wouldn't do it. Too much going on and to be honest I wouldn't send my stuff directly to the hostess. I liked getting paired up.

I didn't mean now, I understand with Christmas creeping up for some, packages may get delayed or lost in the holiday mail shuffle..

It's not suppose to be people with similar needs, it's suppose to be totally different so the receiver has some new supplies that maybe they've thought of using in a book or on a card before..

There doesn't need to be a host, I guess it would work fine with partners, however, with a host again you may get things you never thought to try before..
