I think the recipe is a box of Minute Rice mixed in with a can of Campbells Mushroom soup and then given the fancy name of Mushroom Risotto

Just kidding, honestly..... well OK, not entirely kidding.

Interesting. Shows why veggies need to ask not assume food is ok (i'm not veggie but would have thought mushroom risotto would have been a safe bet)
