For anyone that has been to LeCellier, what do you recomend for lunch? We had a PS there for our upcoming July trip. There are 2 adults and 1 child and all of us are extremely picky eaters that like basic plain foods without fancy sauces. We have heard fabulous reviews on this place though. Any suggestions?

We think Le Cellier is one of the best restaurants in all of WDW!! We especially like it for lunch. The cheddar cheese soup with the bread sticks is wonderful. I love the chicken sandwich (I am a very picky eater too) and DH loves the French Dip....have fun!!

We love Le Cellier. It's is currently our favorite place to eat! If they are really picky eater ask to have any sauce or glaze on the side for them to try or leave off completely. My uncle is fussy that way. He ordered the Strip steak and had the glaze on the side. It worked out great and everyone was happy. Don't be afraid to ask!

Hope this helps you out a little bit!

We are pretty picky eaters too and here is what we had. We usually eat a larger lunch and then a small dinner (mostly because we had VKL vouchers last trip, but also because we don't like to eat so heavy late in the day.)

We shared this meal (2 adults)
-You always get the unlimited breadsticks which are pretty darn good :)
-Canadian Cheddar Cheese Soup - smoked bacon and Moosehead beer $4.99
-Grilled Petit Filet Mignon - served over cream cheese mashed potatoes, finished with a roasted garlic demi glace $21.99
-Ann's Amazing Chocolate Raspberry Shake - rich chocolate with a blend of raspberry puree
-Honey and Mascarpone Cheesecake - rich and smooth cheesecake drizzled with firewood honey and dried cherry syrup $5.99

We were a little nervous about the 'roasted garlic demi glace' and the cheesecake, but both were so good, and we didn't feel like we were eating anything unusual ;) We picked the most basic, meat and potatoes thing on the menu and it was our favorite meal of our entire trip!

We've eaten here 3 x and it's only been for a late lunch! They have very good burgers (and other sandwiches) if you don't feel like steak. It's so nice and dark and cool in the summer too...

The queen of picky eaters here :teeth: ...we go there for lunch and I actually don't mind it. There are some nice plain things for me that I will eat and like and oh those bread stick...DH loves it as does a good friend.

I'm a picky eater, too and love Le Cellier! We have been there only at lunch and have loved it! The steakburgers are terrific! And love the cheddar cheese soup and breadsticks! Fabulous place and really nice serving staff!

We're not picky eaters & love lunch at LeCellier. There are plenty of basic options on the menu for picky eaters.
I am happy with cheese soup & whole grain breadsticks!

90days from today DS13 & I will be having lunch at LeCellier :cool1:

My wife had the cheese soup and its delicious but very rich. We both had the prime rib sandwich and found that it too was delicous but unfinishably rich. There is only so much cheese one person can digest in a single meal.

I had the Asian Shrimp Salad for starters and it was amazing. Brilliant presentation in a faux takeaway carton and the delicate shrimp flavor was offset with the intense wasabi slaw.

The best things about Le Cellier is the service, which is brilliant; the breadsticks, which are so moreish you have to force yourself to stop eating them else you are full before the entree arrives; and the best thing? The Beer! Get a Moosehead Pale Ale, then another, and another. Now that was a good lunch.
