To avoid using 2 credits for LeCellier for dinner, when is the cut off time for lunch? Is lunch considered 11-4pm?

Currently on the online reservation page lunch is listed as 11:30 - 3.

I was going for a late lunch, booked a meal at 3:30 and the confirmation said "dinner." so it appears that after 3, it's dinner. I canceled it - they don't have mussels at dinner.
