My family will arrive tomorrow afternoon at the WL. No doubt I will unknowingly run across some of you down there! Here's to hoping for low crowds and minimal rainfall! (yeah right.....)

Hope you have a great trip and hopefully great weather.....I know there is a tropical storm (Henri?) supposed to be moving throught there sometime today but hopefully after that there will be a break in the weather. Hope so because we are on our way soon. We always watch the weather channel constantly around this time of our anticipated trip and because we live in FL and because we always go in Sept. we always seem to have to dodge the tropical systems. I think its looking good though.....oh and there is a cold front coming through here tonight so maybe it will work its way down there and we can get temps in the 80's instead of 90's! Ha...we can at least hope. :D Again, enjoy your trip!

Just answered your coffee question;) Now I see you are staying at WL. I hope you have decent weather. Nonetheless, I think you could spend your whole vacation at the resort (THAT LOBBY!:Pinkbounc ) and have a blast!! Good Luck!

Thanks for the responses! To be honest with you, I would trade heavy rains for minimal crowds any day! When it takes hours to wait for every ride and attraction, it really alters your perception of the overall vacation. Rain is no big deal as long as it is not cold and rainy. Anyway, thanks again......

We're leaving tomorrow too; cannot wait! 3 days Hard Rock Hotel at <that other place>, 3 nights Poly, 3 nights CR. We'll be the ones wearing University of South Carolina Gamecock ponchos! Have a great trip! :earsgirl:

We are right behind you! We're flying in on Sunday afternoon. Let's hope this tropical depression moves along quickly for you. I am a bit nervous about flying and I'm hoping the storms will have moved through by then. I have determined that I'm not going to let the rain get me down. Although, I can't convince my husband he may need raingear. I'll be the one walking with a soaking wet husband! We haven't been to Disney since '95 and I can't wait. In fact, I should be packing now. I guess I am the packing procrastinator. The Dis Board fascinates me and I can't get off! Are there any meetings I can go to for those of us who are addicted? LOL I've learned so much and have saved a lot of money. Well,...........rain or not.......here we come! :teeth: See ya there!

As you can see by myclock, I have a long way to go still!
Let us know about the crowds when you get back please, and have a great time!!!!!!!! Thanks!

Hi there,
we also leave tommorrow. Hope we can get in there looks like possible flight delays. and looks like rain much of the time. Since I booked this trip everything that can go wrong has, someone does not want me to go, or have a good time if I do.
Well here's hoping things improve, I am going for 35th anniversary.
Good luck to you too!

I have determined that it is impossible to plan a Disney vacation without 'hiccups' of some kind getting in the way. How can you plan months in advance to be in central Florida when there is NO RAIN? It is impossible....rain will come. As for the crowds, I thought that pulling the kids out of school right as everyone else is going back to school would solve that problem. The folks at Disney might have a little something to say about that, as evidenced by their Fairy Tale Package!! My point is this, even when it would appear that it is an optimal time to visit, something will come up to present a challenge. I have decided to ignore the challenges and enjoy each of our seven days (starting tomorrow) for what they are....seven days at Disney!! We are moving overseas in November, so this is our last 'hoo-rah' with Disney (for a few years anyway!) For those of you who may be with us, have a great vacation! One way or another, I know that we will!!

Have a wonderful trip!! We leave on sunday morning :Pinkbounc I too, am prepared for the rain. Hey it's raining here at home anyway - might as well be in Disney!!

This is usually one of the slowest weeks in Disney!! so crowds should not be a prob!! :)
Dont worry about the weather because NOONE knows what the weather will be untill that day!!
Have a fabulous trip!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :)

Have great trips everyone! Can't wait to hear trip reports when you get back!!! :)

How can you say this is one of the slowest weeks when Night of Joy is Tommorrow and Saturday???
50 gazzillion teenagers will be bussing into the parks for it.
