FINALLY!!! Gosh, it's like I had to wait forever for this trip. Going to be staying at POR (again) and AKL (1st time) Anybody need me to find anything out for them, I'd be happy to help. Have a great trip!!! You will be in Disney World and I will be in Saratoga Springs, NY visiting my parents! I noticed you are from Troy, hopefully you have better weather there than they have had in NY!!!

My mom had a clam chowder / bread bowl there around June 25th last Summer. I tasted it and it was yummy! Did they get rid of it? I wish I had known about it when it was freezing the January before last...although we had a wonderful rest with ds asleep in the stroller in front of the fireplace at the restaurant next to Pirates of the Carribean. Dh and I shared a plate of nachos and reflected on our life with on our newly adopted 2yr old ds. It's one of my favorite WDW memories ...you never know when or where the pixi dust will fall, LOL. Hope this helps!

We had it last August and it was wonderful. It was my understanding that they stopped serving the clam chowder in the bread bowl, and now just a plastic bowl. It won't be the same although Columbia Harbor House is our favorite counter service restaurant in MK.
