Leaving the park the week of grand opening

My original plan had DA opening before we arrived just not 3 days.

Using knowledge from when HP opened, will it be possible to leave the parks during mid afternoon (around 1 or 2), go to the hotel and swim and return around 4. Or will that prevent us from getting back in. In the mornings their is no doubt we will need to enter with EE (but that might not even work for DA from postings regarding EE)

So hard to plan without knowing what US will allow onsite guest to do and what's going to happen regarding entering DA.
