Leaving Soon, can't wait

I leave for the family trip on Thursday evening. I am driving down, so here is the official warning. If you live anywhere near I-95, that is not a cyclone, it is simply the wind kicking up from my speeding car as we pass you. (If your a cop, I didn't say that)
I can't wait to see Disney through the eyes of my neice and nephew. I have been waiting for this since my boys were too old to let me enjoy them at the parks. Almost like having grandchildren.
Now all I have to do is get over the wonderful gift my neice and nephew gave me. Strep throat. Figures I would get sick just before a trip, can't ruin a perfect record.
Can't wait to see the "inner circle" at the Contemporary meet on Friday night.
I will be home sometime at the end of May when I run out of money. Or maybe I will jsut stay at my sister's until the Toontown event.
I love my job, no work till June 16th.....
Ed, get ready, it's summer, I expect to see that SPEEDO alot. Peggie

Watch out for all the other speeders on their way to WDW! And no matter what, resist the urge to pull into South of the Border.
I hope you have a safe journey. The farthest drive I have tomorrow is to the mall to see Matrix Reloaded. YAY!

Have a great time! Oh, you make me wish we were able to get back down to WDW! (I keep trying to come up with legitimate excuses to go down there, but to no avail!)

I have a piece of advice about the strep throat, though... and this comes straight from the Dapper Dans... drink lots of lemonade! (I had laryngitis during our last trip down, in Oct/Nov, and they recommended that for my very sore throat and it worked wonders!) Oh, and I highly recommend Halls Fruit Breezers, in any flavor, but the Tropical Chill flavor remind me more of Florida! I practically lived on those things during our last trip!

Now, get thee hither to yon Happiest Place on Earth!

Sandy, and Family,
I have been drowning in liquids. Lemon and Orange juices burn my throat, but milkshakes feel really good. I think it is more mental than physical, but hey, I'm not telling.
My brother gave me this strep, and the kids were diagnosed the evening after I was checked. So most of the family is on antibiotics right now. We are all non-contagious after being on the antibiotics for 24 hours, and luckily the sore throat is gone. (Don't tell Richie, he just went to Friendly's for a Chocolate malt for me)

South of the Border.... the place to go if you want to catch any other disease in the world. Nice place to drive by at 4 am, the lights are really bright, and it is kind of fun to watch for those signs........100 miles till South of the Border.....99.9 miles till South of the Boarder....99.8 miles till South of the Border.....
My son is not talking to me because of the timing of this trip. Why can't we leave on Friday, I want to see Matrix on opening day.....
Will buy lots of pins for everyone who asked, and I know I will have fun. And just to let you all know, I will be taking lots and lots of photos, and I will post all of them for you to see my georgeous neice and adorable nephew. Peggie

I am living vicariously, I am pretending right now that I get to go to WDW tonite. I am getting very excited and thinking man, I have a lot to do before the trip. Let' see throw in the pins, toothbrush, pins, sunglasses, pins, oh yeah better take some clothes.......


Have fun Peggie, ride splash mt and buzz for me..... eat a french pastry.........see Mushu and Lilo....you know do all the things I would do so I can feel it clear out here... and trade a few pins.
