Leaving in a week - second guessing!!

So, I haven't posted my ADRs yet b/c I keep tinkering with them. We are on the DxDP and I still have so many places I want to try...hmph...please convince me that these are good enough!! (we are staying at the Poly)

B - Ohana (7:30am) or CS - park opens at 9am and we have a car...can we make RD???

So...The times I am struggling with are our off day - should I make ADRs just in case? and Departure day - not sure which park we will hit up last...
Finally...our Akershus ressie is kinda inconvenient but I couldn't get one on our Epcot day...should I skip it? It is for DD4...but we have CRT...can't get 1900

What do you have in mind for your off day? If you're just hanging around the resort I think you'll be fien without ADRs; it is usually easy enough to get something last minute at The Wave or Grand Floridian Cafe, and there's always room service if you don't feel like going out.

I wouldn't bother with an inconvenient Akershus time since you have CRT earlier in the week. Replacing that with breakfast at one of the monorail resorts or just using snack credits for muffins/pastries at the Main Street Bakery would make the day start so much more smoothly.

You have some really great choices, but with three meals planned nearly every day just be sure you are willing to change things up on the fly if you find that you aren't quite hungry for an ADR or two.
