Leaving in 24 hours!

The bags are packed, and now I just have to get the house clean tomorrow and off the the airport.

We will be staying 3 nights at Kindani and then 5 nights at Jambo House. I have butterflies in my stomach as I type.

I am getting excited!!!

We just returned two days ago. Just plan lots of down time during the middle (hottest) part of the day. It was incredibly hot while we were there, 7-22 thru 7-30. We watched every movie in Epcot I think! lol
Anything for A/C! Take lots of water & have a great time!

Last summer when we went we froze the water bottles over night. Due to the heat they melted "well" and the water stayed colder longer.

Whoop! I've never stayed at Kidani, but LOVE Jambo House! We were in The World last Sept. (Labor Day week) and it was blasted hot. You can manage it if you don't try to overdo it. Have a blast!

Thanks everyone for the well wishes. This is our second August trip, so we are expecting HOT, HOT & more HOT! The kids are great, we usually plan a pool hopping midday break and lunch at that resort. It has been unseasonably hot in Michigan this year, and humidity is our middle name so I think we will be able to tolarate it somewhat. One thing we are looking forward to is the 1st 3 days at Kidnai, the kids love the community hall and the pool there.

I love DVC because we have so many options. We have given up the comando style of touring and just enjoy what we get to.
