hi all - standing in the apple shop at florida mall as only place i have found to get onto the dis without a laptop!!! - although I admit haven't tried very hard to look as been too busy!!!

The weather has been so bizarre!! One day swimsuits then next scarfs and it keeps flipping between the two!!! Its a wonderful trip although doesn't feel like christmas at all - just a normal vacation with a few extra christmassy things around!!! Can't believe it is xmas on sat!!!

Well we are leaving disney on thursday for the disney cruise - so if I don't speak to again - merry christmas to all!!! xxxxx

Usual Xmas weather Swimming one day freezing the next.

I am opposite for Xmas, feels more Xmassy there than here, when at home we don't really do anything for Xmas, I work every hour there is upto Xmas so then I just crash for a few days(usually ill) catching up on here now then bed for another 3:30am start

Hi everyone!!!

Just thought I would check in with you all and wish you a happy New Year!!!

Have had a wonderful cruise - although would admit that I couldn't say that it was any better than any of the other Disney cruises we have done- they were terrific too!! - so really wouldn't be able to justify the inflated christmas pricing again!!!

We are now in Vero Beach and I must say that with the exception of a couple of cold days early on, the weather has been really kind to us so far and I have just checked the forecast for our last five days in Orlando and they look like they are going to be warm and sunny too, so I guess we got lucky!!

Disney's Vero Beach hotel is lovely, although I much prefer the gulf coast areas of Sarasota and Clearwater in terms of restaurants/shopping /beaches- so not sure we will be back here too often - but that is no reflection on the DVC here as it is beautiful (especially as the man at the front desk has let me use the internet for free and has just handed me a xmas ornament while I am sat typing this to you!!!)

Anyway, we are off to Hard Rock Hotel and Universal tomorrow so guess I won't get chance to post now until I get home next friday, as I expect Kai will have us battling the crowds at Harry Potter morning , noon and night until we leave on thursday!! - he has been waiting a long time for this!!- so happy new year to you all and speak to you soon!!
