Call DME today. Make sure they have you in their system. There have been times that people thought they had DME reservations, only to call and find that no, they didn't!!!
If you are, in fact, in the system, then you are good to go. You can do one of several things...
1. go to baggage claim and get your bags and then bring them to your bus with you.When you get to the DME checkin area, you will need to go to the counter to get travel vouchers. The bags will go beneath your bus and handed to you when you reach your resort. Then, they can be stored if your room isn't ready.
or..
2. go directly to DME checkin counter. Show them your baggage claim receipts and give a description of the bags. They will send someone to baggage claim to get the bags and get them to your resort. The DME CMs will then print out travel vouchers for you.
As an aside.....if you feel that you have booked DME and you are at the 2 week point prior to travel, and haven't received your DME packet, call them...DME, not Disney. There will still be time to get a new packet sent out. But, if you wait until 10 days, or less, prior to travel, you may not be able to get the packet.
