Leave how early for PPO ADR at Akershus

We have an 08:20 ADR at Akershus. How early will they let is in Epcot and how early should we leave OKW if taking Disney transportation and/or a cab? TIA

They'll let you in a little before 8:00. I would be on line at the gate by 7:30. That means being at the bus stop at OKW by 7:00. If you take a cab, I would have the cab pick you up at around 7:15.
