Leave a legacy at Epcot...questions

I'll be going back down to the World in a little over a month! Woohoo! Anyways, it will be my first trip with my bf to Disney so I'd like to surprise him and take him right to the Leave-A-Legacy station at Epcot and add our picture to it. It'd be a nice start to our annual Disney trip. Do I just walk up and have our picture taken? Is it open all the time (during regular park hours)? And how much is it? Thanks!

I"ll try posting this on the Theme park attractions board too, but I think I get better answers on the CB.

Leave A Legacy is located to your right as you enter the park. It will cost you $25 for the both of you.

You will step in front of a digital camera that will take your picture. In about 3-4 weeks you will receive a transparent digital etching of your picture with the location key of where it is located at the park. (this will be mailed to your home address)

I had one done last yearbut it was free. I believe its was $35 for 1 tile and $25 for additionals. you can only fit 2 heads per tile. They open @ ten and there was someone there everytime we went end of Sept. It takes about a month to get the tile done. They mail you 2 copies of what it looks like and you get to see the picture right away to see if you like it. They also send you the location to find it on your next visit.
