Least Expensive Table Service at each park?

Which table service restaurants are the least expensive (paying out of pocket!) at each park?

I know Sci-Fi is a good option for Hollywood Studios, but I'm stuck on where to try at Epcot, MK, and AK? Any suggestions?

We will be a party of 7 on a budget, but want time to sit and rest during a meal.

The Plaza at MK
Sharing a metro mezzo pizza (or two for 7 of you) at Via Napoli in Epcot is reasonable for park food. People using the DDP will often pay OOP for this one.

I have a few favs when I dine OOP (out of pocket). Check out the menus for the following on eg allears and see if any appeal:
Epcot: Marrakesh (lunch - prices much better vs very similar dinner entrees); or take boat to Beaches and Cream at Beach Club. Relatively lower priced entrees include burgers, etc. Very small restaurant so ADRs can be difficult to get.
MK: take boat to Trails End Dinner Buffet at Fort Wilderness
AK: Yak & Yeti (appies can be paired for dinner & shared w lower priced entrees. Don't miss the wonton dessert) or Sanaa at Kidani Village (quick bus ride from park: lunch is very reasonable. Also def share the unique full bread service - a fun, different, lower priced treat)
HS: don't forget that Signature Brown Derby has an incredible signature Cobb Salad appy that works well for lunch esp when paired with grapefruit cake dessert.
DIS Springs: Wolfgang Puck Express. High end CS but tables with partial service. Excellent quality food.

From HS or Epcot, Beaches & Cream is quite accessible.

Liberty Tree Tavern at MK can also be a good value

I second the plaza at MK. Food was just ok, but no more expensive than at home for same quality.

I thought liberty tree was expensive, but we ate really well. They probably have cheaper options. Love liberty tree.
