Least expensive OOP?

In looking at the restaurant info. on the WDW site, I see they have a price range listed for each place, but wasn't sure about the cost of some as they are buffet. We will likely pay OOP for Tusker House breakfast OR Akershus breakfast, as I'm assuming they are less expensive than lunch most places. Is there a difference in price or are they the same? Thanks!

I haven't eaten at either place for breakfast, but according to allears.net, there is a considerable price difference between the two:
Tusker House: $21/$12
Akershus: $29/$18

The Akershus breakfast includes a photo package and that's probably the reason for the price difference.

Also, breakfast is less than lunch at both places, but again, the prices are different between the two restaurants.

This sums it up perfectly. I use allears.net to access the menus as well.
