Least crowded park on a Saturday?

We are going in May and there is one saturday we have to visit a park. That saturday is an extra morning hour for Animal Kingdom but that's not a factor really.

Would you rather do MGM, Animal Kingdom or off-Disney activity (like Islands of Adventure) on a Saturday in May? It's the weekend before memorial weekend.

Well, if it's EMH at AK-- then I'd avoid AK, if you're not doing EMH. The EMH will draw larger crowds to a particular park. I have actually found MGM to be a great weekend park. It seems as though the crowds don't tend to build as much there (at least that's been our expierence). So, I'd have to vote for MGM.
