Least crowded month at DL?

I have not been to DL since 1979 and am a regular visitor to WDW. I am in the process of planning a trip to DL and was wondering if anybody could help me determine when the least crowded times at DL are and what hotel is recommended? Thanks.

I have experienced the least crowds in Sept/Oct and March-after Spring Break

This graph - http://www.scottware.com.au/theme/feature/crowds.htm would indicate it is anytime in September, October, November and early December apart from holiday weekends.

We went first week in December last year and the place was empty - we walked straight on to just about everything, and were even able to just turn up and get a waterside table at Blue Bayou with a half hour wait.

We usually go right after new years. Jan 3-15th and have never had any problems.. We just go then to get away from our weather in New York..

The beginning of November is usually really good also...
