Least crowded day in parks?

I know that holidays can enter into the crowd level at the parks, but are they typical days in the summer months when the crowds are lower than on other days?

The quietest days tend to be tuesday to thursday. Many families come for the weekend and some will stay for a long weekend.

I'd say early July, mid-week would probably be the quietest time if you go during the Summer (not that we have had much this year anyway!)
