Least crowded attractions week after Christmas?

DH & I are going to Orlando in about 9 days. Usually, we spend a lot of time at the WDW parks. But given how crowded things will likely be, plus the fact that I plan to buy an annual pass in 2005, we're thinking of emphasizing the offsite attractions this trip. Any predictions on what is likely to be the least crowded? I've heard that Universal is likely to be packed, but Sea World might be OK. Anyplace else we should go? Thanks!

SW is enough for one or two days.

Does anyone have an idea on how crowded Busch Gardens will be? Is this a park that fills up easily?

Busch Gardens handles crowds very well. No need for commando style touring there. We have AP's, but don't go as often as we should. We were there in July, & DH & DS(12) never waited more than 10 min. for any ride, including the coasters. The lines for the water rides got longer in the afternoon, but we had ridden them earlier. In Dec., this shouldn't be a concern. If you go, make sure you head the Rhino Rally in the back of the park first. The lines for this ride can get very long, because it is a low capacity ride.

On a side note, have you considered going to the ICE exhibit at Gaylord Palms. I'm hoping we can work it in on our upcoming trip.
