learning the ropes at Universal

from what i have read , you can stay at hard rock cafe? and walk to the parks very short distance? , you can buy a package, there are noi busses from airport? there is a food plan kinda? and there are rides that a a disabled peron can ride they are not all jerky and roller coasters,?

Well, you can't stay at the Hard Rock Cafe, but you can stay at the Hard Rock Hotel which is within a 5 minute walk of the parks. You need to arrange your own transportation from the airport and there are lots of attractions for a person who is disabled!
