We are going the weekend of Sept 6-8 and I was wondering if anyone has had the Leaky Cauldron Breakfast and what it is like? We have had the Three Broomsticks breakfast a few times and love it do I am trying to decide if I want to have breakfast there and dinner at the Leaky Cauldron or if I want to have breakfast at the Leaky Cauldron instead.

Based on what I am reading we are thinking we will do EE over at IOA and ride forbidden Journey and then either grab breakfast at Three Broomsticks or grab the Hogwart's Express over and try to get into Diagon Alley for breakfast. It seems it is better to do that in the morning and catch Gringott's in the afternoon instead.

I havent yet but plan on it..Keep in mind there are rumors that starting Sept 2nd ONLY US and DIagon alley will be open for early entry( not IOA)..I would keep looking for info in the next few weeks

How do I find out what park has EE which days?

I had the American breakfast at DA/Leaky Cauldron; it was OK. Not great, not bad. Didn't have to make a reservation - was there at about 9:30ish. The bacon and sausage were fine, the scrambled eggs were bland, the pancakes were actually very good IMO.

Have fun!

The breakfast offerings at The Leaky Cauldron are almost identical to those at The Three Broomsticks. There is one additional option at Leaky that I can think of - it's an apple oatmeal flan.

I don't eat eggs (DH does though) so maybe I will just see where we are in the morning and go from there.

We had breakfast at Leaky Cauldren, I had egg and leek pasty with fruit and the rest of my family had eggs, bacon and potatoes. We all loved our breakfast, mine was especially good!

We were there two weeks ago - had breakfast at both Three Broomsticks and Leaky Cauldron. Pretty much the same options, I preferred the pancake breakfast at Three Broomsticks, though. My husband had the American breakfast at both restaurants and it was exactly the same. We had pumpkin juice with our breakfasts, too. :woohoo:
