Leaking Water Rides At MK???

Kind of an off the wall question, but has anyone ever been on one of the MK water rides (PoTC, SW, SM etc.) and had the boat spring a leak? Better yet, has anyone ever seen/heard of anyone falling or jumping out? It would seem to me with all of the little kids over the years, this would have to have happened at least once. How deep is the water in Pirates?

I'm not sure if it was disneyland or disneyworld but a few years ago a young man 20'-30's was killed on splash mountain because he got out and slipped and was crushed between 2 boats....

There are so many cameras on these rides that these type of accidents don't happen very often because they can stop the ride if someone gets out.

Looking at this: http://www.snopes.com/disney/disney.asp I don't see anything about people drowning in water rides. Few misguided souls have drowned around Tom Sawyers' island during grad nights, but nothing in there about leaking water ride boats or children drowning.

Seen plenty of "idiots" on all the rides, and lots of kids who are not "under control" by the parents--but no direct sighting of anyone actually falling or jumping out.
No leaks either--.

And the water is never very deep on any of the attractions. You could stand up and walk out of the water.

It's like most carnival type rides. You can see the bottom of the flume, and could walk out thru the water. I doubt it's more than knee deep.

A month or so ago I read on a thread that the Jungle Cruise water is only like 2 feet deep or something like that and they color the water the brownish color it is for the effect of the Jungle river and so as not to show the depth, track on the "boat", etc. If that's not very deep and it's in the outside light, I'm definitely guessing most aren't much more than that.
