Le Chefs de France off DDP for 2007?

I am going Jan 1-5 and was planning a meal at Le Chefs de France for my daughter who loves her Frence! I was going to buy the plan, but it looks like it is not included anymore from the 2007 brochure I saw here on the boards. Does anyone know why? Will the 2007 brochure be in effect on Jan 1-I guess that would make sense...

A preliminary list was released and included all of Disney's owned restaurants that would be participating. Expect Disney to release the full list of participating restaurants for 2007, including participating restaurants not owned by Disney (like Chefs de France), before the end of December.
