Le Chef de France chicken...more more more!

Back from a 2 day trip to the World, and we ate at Chef de France for lunch today. With the prix fixe I had the roasted chicken with tomato and vinegar sauce-- it was incredible. Not only was the sauce amazing, but the chicken was moist and juicy.

Anyone know of or where to find the recipe?

Any pics? BTW my son had the chicken and loved it as well. Love the food at Chefs/France.

@aviva5675 Do you remember how much the prix fixe was? I see it listed on the Disney site, but without the price.

no, sorry, I don't. I remember it being a good deal, I thought, included an appetizer, entree, and dessert.
