I am really wanting to try Le Cellier on our next trip. We have a 5 and 3 year old. How is this restaurant with kids? I am not concerned with the food choices, but the atmosphere, speed of service, etc.
Well, I can only say that in the past I have found the service and food to be quite quick at Le Cellier. They bring out breadsticks right after you have ordered so there is something to munch on. The atmosphere isn't the hightlight of the restaurant because it's themed as a basement so there are candles and it looks to be underground so there are no windows. On a personal note I worked as a cast member in Le Cellier and I loved guests with kids. We had fairly small sections to serve so I always found that I had time to "hang out" with the kids at my tables. But again this was my personal style - it may not be your servers. Hope this helps!
My DD(5) has a great time there! She has been there at least 3 times. They are very attentive to my DD. One trip all the waitstaff (one at a time) played games with her! My daughter orders the spagatti and she asks for chopsticks! She thinks this is the greatest. I would not hesitate to take my child there.

We have taken our kids (ages 6.5 & 2.5 during our last trip) and they were fine. The meal didn't take any longer than at our local Chili's but it definately tasted better. I say go for it!
Add another vote of confidence for Le Cellier with kids. We took our (then) DD6 and DS4 and they were fine.
The breadsticks -- especially the pretzel ones -- are fantastic. The bring them out right away, and that surely helps. It's a busy atmosphere; my kids enjoyed just looking around. They liked the decor as it reminded them of being in a castle.
My kids loved the Chocolate Moose dessert as well.
