We've been trying for years to get a good reservation at Le Cellier and now I think we'll be able to do it this year! Question: Now, we're hauling DS6, DS5 and DD1. Will everyone hate us there because of the kids? Do others bring their young children there? Will the kids get something good to eat?

Le Cellier is a very popular, not too expensive restaurant in the middle of a theme park. There will be dozens of children there.

That place will be loaded with children, regardless of what time of day or night you go.

We try to go every year with our two kids. No matter what restaurant you go to at Disney (except V&A) there will be kids. It is expected.

We were there this past Thursday with DD7 & DD11 and there were tons of kids. It won't be a problem. This was a favorite for my DD7 because they have steak on the kids menu. They also have great smoothies!

We went last year when our kids were 1 and 5. No problem at all. Again, unless you're going to Victoria and Albert's there are going to be children where ever you go. Go enjoy it!:thumbsup2

There are always lots of children eating there. We take all of ours every year and they love it each time:)

We went on our last trip with DD. She is 2. There were kids there and we did not experience any problems?

My DD slept thru most the meal though, she did wake up to eat some pretzel bread, a little soup and we asked for some fruit for her. The waitress brought out a HUGE bowl of fruit for her!! And no charge for it!!

Kids are expected. However, it is also expected for parents to control their kids. We ate at Le Cellier on Friday and there were 2 kids about 6 and 5 yelling at the top of their lungs at each other. The parents ignored them and acted like nothing was happening. It was a glorious way to ruin a nice meal.

I agree plenty of children there. But the room tends to echo so keep that in mind. I've taken my kiddos but they were 5 and up and very well behaved. Not that I'd detour you from giving your kids the experience! Please go and enjoy...plenty on the menu for mom and dad to love (my fav is the mushroom fillet). But try to schedule an early dinner. I know most "couples" try to schedule a late dinner to avoid the kiddies. Therefore...everyone is happy!

That is "expected" anywhere you eat, but the reality is sadly different... :(

LeCellier is upscale-themed but I wouldn't put it in the category where you have to question bringing kids. At (most of) the signature places, I might think about it...we usually reserve those for "parents night out" things, like Cali Grill and Narcoosee's. And of course children under 10 are not permitted at V&A. CRT is an obvious exception to the signature places.
