How good is it?? Was wondering if it would be any good for me and my mom. How is the the food for a picky eater??

You didn't say for lunch or dinner? No matter! Their main item is steak. We had lunch there on Sun 28 Mar. DD16 had NY strip (excellent) and I had the shrimp roll. We shared the cheese soup as an appetizer and it did not appeal to us at all - to each his own! There is no way of predicting whether you will like a place until YOU try it! :flower:

It is fantastic! We ate there last summer, and we still talk about it. Promising my DF that we could go back and eat there sealed the deal on our honeymoon at WDW. It was kinda pricey- around $25.00 a person, but i think that included an appetizer and a drink. We got the prime rib and steak. I can't wait to return, we are eating there again on our wedding day!
The cheddar cheese soup was wonderful also!

I think the food is fantastic there, and I think there are enough variety of choices that a picky eater will enjoy. Go for it!

We went to Le Cellier in November and LOVED IT! It was my DS's birthday and the food was awesome. The steaks were really wonderful, juicy and not too overcooked (I like 'em rare!). The potatoes were great and my DS received an awesome dessert for his big day. Definitely something we are looking forward to for our next trip.

It's one of our favorite places! My mom and I split the herb crusted prime rib which came with a veal demi glace (it's a sauce) and roasted potatoes. My mom is a picky eater and LOVED it! My dad had the chicken which came with cream mashed potatoes. It was very good too. I highly recommend going to Le Cellier. You'll love it. :flower: Definately try the herb crusted prime rib. :)
The desserts looked delicious but we were too stuffed for dessert. I'm definately having dessert next time.

My mouth is watering...I forgot about those potatoes!!!! It is definately a meat and potatoes restaurant. The portions were great also, my fiancee is a big eater and he barely finished his. The ambiance is very nice also, great on a hot day!

OK, think we are gonna go for the lunch..price doesn't matter...mom's first trip and I want her to have the best of everything...a trip she will never forget!!!! Anyway, what is the dress code, can we wear our casual capris and tank or tee-shirt??????

We usually go for lunch. In February, we had the steak burgers, which were excellent! Also, the cheddar cheese soup is awesome! Love the pretzel bread too! I am always too stuffed for dessert, so I can't comment except to say they all sounded marvelous!

Absolutely. It's park wear so anything goes. I've gone in there with a camisole, shorts and flip flops.

Thanks...do we need PS for lunch there???

...ok one more stupid question for you oogie...what does the symbol at the bottom of your siggy mean????? :flower:

You definitely want a PS. This place is becoming popular and it seems to fill up quickly.

We loved it also and will return on our next trip. We tried for a "walk up" one evening for dinner, and they were totally full all evening. I can't comment on the need for PS for lunch, but I agree it has gotten very busy.

No bad dancing allowed! :rotfl2:

Actually it's the sign on the monorails/trams that says no standing allowed, except it looks like they're dancing, doesn't it? :rotfl:

Looks like all the questions have been answered but I just had to chime in. I love this place, it is my favorite restaraunt at WDW. It's a little pricey for me right now as a student, so it's a birthday dinner kind of thing. Love the cheddar cheese soup and the big steaks. :)
