We are lucky enough to have a night that my husband and I will get to dine alone without the kids. We had picked Tutto, because were wanting to try another restaurant in Epcot. I could not get a reservation till after 8:00 which is fine. Today I was checking if it was available at a different time and I did by all Epcot restaurants and Le Cellier pops up available. I know this is a hard one to get into and it gets rave reviews on here, but is it really worth it. My cousin and his wife said they were disappointed in it. My question is it more popular because it appeals to the people who want a steak dinner and do not like the other place because they don't eat Italian or Mexican? Give me advice on which you would choose and why. Thanks!!

We've been disappointed the last few times we've eaten at LC so we don't eat there anymore. We've eaten at TI the last 2 trips and have enjoyed it. It's a much more relaxing atmosphere. Tables are a little further apart and the whole feel of the place is nice. And not too noisy either!

Of the 2, I just think TI is a little more special.:goodvibes

Last year my DM picked TI for her birthday dinner. We won't be eating there this year but only because we have QSDP.

My opinion is that it's not even a close call. I think TI has small portions, average flavor and is overpriced. LC is one of the best there is!

Le Cellier is head and shoulders above Tutto. Tutto to our family was not good. Went to both last trip. Although I found the cheddar soup at LE C. to be salty it was still good. Tutto oh don't get me started.

we think lecellier is over rated. we didn't enjoy it the last time we went. it's dark inside and the food was average. the wait staff wasn't the best either. we also went to TI last time and loved it. this was our first time going there. i do think however that we were very rushed at TI. Seemed like things came out very fast. we were also disappointed that there was no salad that came with the meals. anyways, i think we would go to TI again over lecellier for sure.

I agree that Le Cellier's popularity is due to people whose idea of a nice dinner is steak. We did not find it to be exceptional. On the other hand we were not impressed with Tutto either. Not sure which one I'd choose. Would you consider a nice signature restaurant or one in the Swan or Dolphin? Il Mulino is supposed to be the best Italian on the property. We're looking forward to going there in January. Flying Fish on the Boardwalk is also excellent.

Well about two years ago i would have said eat at Italy, but we had a really bad meal there the last time we were there. I would go with Le Cellier, the food was very good, and the theming in the restaurant is very fun.

We were just there at the end of August, we liked both places. However Le Cellier was everyones favorite meal of the trip. If you go get the fillet.

I would pick Le Cellier. The food is always good. The tables are very close together and kinda of noisy but otherwise great atmosphere and top notch service.

I agree and also next year Le Cellier will be a 2 TS restaurant so go now. I will be there the last week in Oct. maybe 2 times and maybe never again after the change. Then next year I'll try TI. :cool1::hippie:
