Well, I think it all depends on where you're from.
Here in the Heartland, I have lots of access to really good beef. I can probably get a better steak at home. So, I'd go CR.
Got good seafood at home? Go the other way.
Normally that is my rule of thumb when traveling (I'm from the Midwest too). However, I have to say that I had the best fillet EVER at LeCellier last November...it was so tender I could cut it with a butter knife!
Yet I love seafood too and really enjoy CR each time we go. I don't think you can go wrong with either place, IMO.
