Le Cellier Menu Update

The latest menu available for Le Cellier no longer shows the Poutine, can anyone confirm if this is still available or not.

We dined in May and was still available but the menu is dated 6/10 so I wonder if it has been discountinued.

I saw a photo of their poutine and it looked nothing like the poutine I get in Quebec at valentine's. I will stick with the real thing!

I was there in September '09 and my server was saying it wasn't "real" poutine as they didn't use cheese curds. It was basically fries with gravy. So you probably weren't missing any actual Canadian experience if it is gone.

Poutine is still there. It's not listed on the appetizer menu any more, but if you look down at the bottom of the menu, it's listed as a side dish.

I've heard that the poutine has been changed a bit to more accurately reflect authentic Canadian poutine. Fingers crossed.

Thanks everyone. Let me know if anyone else has recently tried the poutine, my kids get it every visit and we may want to cancel and check out the new pizza place if it is not still available.

Poutine is so amazing .. cant get it in California and ive lost lots of weight because of it haha.

Its amazingly awesome. The Le Cellier stuff is not even close to real poutine ... the good stuff is gravy with curds ... or shredded mozerella .. never cheddar blah.

I love fries with gravy, and i LOVE cheese curds. I also could eat cheese fries all day. Saying all of that-ew.

Fries with gravy is not just Canadian. But add those squeaky cheese curds and only Canadians would think of that. I've had Poutine in Montral and it really was pretty good.
