Le Cellier Lunch hours?

What are Le Celliers respective hours for lunch and then switching over to dinner? I see the dinner after 3-1-11 is 2 TS credits on DDP, but lunch will still be just 1.

According to WDW online dining reservations: lunch is from 11:30-3 and dinner starts after 4.
