Le Cellier kid's meal question DDP

I got the "free" DDP and am trying to come up w/ a plan so I can book some ressies. That to me is the downside of DDP, trying to figure out which park to be in and where we will be in our travels when it's dinnertime. Anyway.
I saw the Le Cellier menu, and I want to eat there! We are going in January so it will still be one TS credit. I noticed that the kid's menu is pretty bad. Then it says they can have grilled steak for $2 additional. So does that mean I will be OOP $2 per kid (2 kids, they both love steak) or is it included in the DDP and the menu on allears.net doesn't say that.
Also I noticed on the adult dinner menu that there is a Chef's Favorites where you can chose from an appetizer, entree and dessert for $36.99. Could this be used as our TS meal or do we have to chose from the regular menu list? TIA!

I can't answer your question about the kid's menu, but many people have reported no problems ordering the Chef's Favorite on the DDP (but there are NO substitutions... even something like rice instead of potates I've heard). I would still double check with your server just in case!

Definitely will not have to pay the extra $2. We've done it many times and it's always covered by the DDP.

ALSO - the kids (or adults) can order the Chocolate-Raspberry Shake or Sour Apple Freeze as a drink on the DDP.

Thanks for the insight....we have always paid OOP for our meals, our upcoming trip is the first time we are doing the DDP (very excited about it BTW). My DD9 loves the steak there, therefore I too wasn't sure how the $2 charge was handled. Thanks again
