le cellier....for Thanksgiving?

Does anyone know if they offer their normal menu? We don't have to do a traditional Thanksgiving meal and Le Cellier is our favorite so we are thinking of booking this....also, how crowded is Epcot on Thanksgiving? What if the park is at capacity...will we be able to get in? we were planning on doing AK for the day and just eating at Epcot (we are staying at BW) Any help/advice would be greatly appreciated!
