Le Cellier & Dress Code?

Hello, so I have been posting all day, trying to figure out dining and what not and I know I want to try at least 1 dinner show or a signature restaurant this time around. My hubby pretty much squashed all the dinner shows, LOL...he doesn't want to eat outside when it could be possibly hot and HDDR is way to crowded seating wise for him. Anyways Le Cellier really wasn't on my radar and frankly I forgot it was there because I don't hear much about it. I know most signature restaurants require some sort of dress code, but I wasn't sure if since this place was in a park if they still required the dress code or not? Also does anyone know if you can sub sides there? I would normally get Filet Mignon at steak places but I will not eat mushrooms, so that kind of kills ordering the Filet if I have to get that mushroom risotto that goes with it. Thanks for your help in advance!

We have eaten at Le Cellier many times . We always wear our normal theme park clothes. Never have felt out of place.
