Le Cellier Dinner Hours

When does Le Cellier open up for dinner? My parents will be in Epcot one day this week or next and they had no reservations left. They want to try to get a table when they first open. I think it's 4:00, but not sure.

It's 4:00 Easter week - that was one of the times that was available when we made our reservations back in September.
