They are great! I usually have a few cans on hand. They are not spicy but add yummy flavor.
If you're looking for some more ideas...
I always use them to make quesedillas. Put a tortilla on the pan, sprinkle it with cheddar, throw on some green chiles and chicken (if you have some) and top with another tortilla. Once everything melts...it's so good! I also use them to make "white people" enchilladas. Haha, please don't get offended that I call them that...my mother is mexican and she calls them that because they are not like her traditional mexican kind that she makes. Mine are really creamy and have a filling made with sour cream, chopped chicken, green chilies, and cream of mushroom soup. So Good!
