Many people seem to like the GVs. I've never stayed in one, but looking at the floor plans (at any resort), there's something I don't like about them. I don't like that the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms have two beds in them. The thing I love about a 1 or 2 BR is the ability to get away from the kids. In a GV, you just can't do that. I think if I ever take extended family, I'll book a 1 BR and a 2 BR, even if it's more points. The thing I don't like about that is I would love to share the living room and kitchen, like you can do in a GV. Does anyone else feel this way about the GVs?

Since we own at SSR, I think we might just book the THVs & give the girls the bunk room & the boys the living room. That seems to be a bit better of a floor plan with the pull-out chair in the living room & the other adults can have a queen bed & it's less points. Still a pain having the kids in the living room so adults can't sit there & chat late at night, but I guess that's when that big deck will come in handy.
